The Atlanta Hawks aimed to solidify their position as leaders in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) innovation while fostering meaningful connections within the community. The initiative sought to communicate the team’s vision of building an equitable future across the workplace, workforce, and marketplace through compelling visual storytelling and fan engagement.

idea

I led the production design and social media design for this campaign, focusing on creating a dynamic infographic that visually conveyed the Hawks’ DEI mission. Using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, I designed promotional items and fan-facing materials that blended bold visuals with clear, impactful messaging. The designs aligned with the Hawks’ branding and resonated with diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and engagement.

Impact

The infographic and promotional designs amplified the Atlanta Hawks’ commitment to DEI, strengthening their connection with the community and positioning them as advocates for equity and inclusion. The campaign successfully engaged fans and stakeholders, reinforcing the Hawks’ role as pioneers of meaningful change both on and off the court.
